At Karma Handcrafted Art, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, attention to detail, and premium-quality materials. Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any products. All sales are final.
Please review product descriptions, dimensions, customization details, and photos carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, we are happy to assist.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, engraved, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded once production has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Engraved charcuterie boards
Personalized gifts
Custom resin artwork
Preserved floral keepsakes
Custom color requests
Made-to-order products
As these items are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold or modified once completed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted if materials have been ordered, preparations have started, or production is underway.
Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging and shipping box
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a replacement or refund request.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Handmade Nature of Our Products
Every Karma Handcrafted Art piece is individually handcrafted and one of a kind.
Slight variations in color, resin patterns, wood grain, natural materials, flower placement, and artistic details are normal and contribute to the uniqueness of handmade products. These variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Karma Handcrafted Art is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are subject to the carrier's schedule and are outside of our control.
Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in cases where:
An item arrives damaged during transit
An item arrives defective
The incorrect item was received
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
