Charcuterie Board Guide
A charcuterie board from Karma isn't just a serving piece - it's a luxury, one-of-a-kind functional piece of art. Each one is hand-poured and finished in my studio, made to be as beautiful sitting out on display as it is at the center of your next gathering.
How to Build the Perfect Charcuterie Board
Start with your board as the foundation - the layout, color, and texture of a handcrafted resin or wood board sets the tone before a single ingredient goes on. Layer in a mix of textures and colors: cheeses of varying firmness, cured meats folded or rolled for visual interest, and pops of color from fruit, nuts, and honey. Leave a little breathing room between items, a full board looks generous, not crowded.

Charcuterie Board Ideas for Every Season
A great board changes with the season. In spring, lean into fresh berries, soft cheeses, and edible flowers. Summer calls for stone fruit, prosciutto, and something chilled. Fall favors warm tones like figs, aged cheddar, and honeycomb. Winter is for rich, indulgent pairings: dark chocolate, spiced nuts, and a good blue cheese. The board stays the same; what you build on it doesn't have to.
Charcuterie Board Size Guide
Not sure what size to choose? As a general guide: a small board comfortably serves 2-4 people, perfect for a quiet night in. A medium board suits 6-8, ideal for a dinner party. A large board is built for a crowd - 10 or more - and makes a stunning centerpiece for a bigger celebration
Personalized Charcuterie Board
Make it theirs. A board personalized with a name, date, or short message turns an everyday piece into a keepsake - a truly one-of-a-kind piece of functional art, perfect for weddings, housewarmings, or any gift that deserves more than something store-bought.

How to Care for Wooden Charcuterie Boards
Every board is a piece of functional art, made to last with the right care.
For wood (walnut, acacia or bamboo): Each board is made from natural natural walnut, acacia, or bamboo, so no two are exactly alike - the grain and character are entirely one-of-a-kind. Hand wash gently and dry immediately, avoid prolonged exposure to water, and skip the dishwasher and microwave. An occasional coat of food-grade mineral oil keeps the wood rich and well-conditioned.
For resin: Avoid cutting directly on the resin surface, and avoid serving extremely hot items on it - resin is sensitive to high heat. Clean with a damp cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals. Store away from direct sunlight to prevent discolouration over time.
